“I’ve shown my photos on Flickr for many years now… I know I’m not very prolific at posting my photographs… and I don’t have a very consistent style. That is probably why I don’t have a tons of followers. But the biggest trouble that I have is… most of the people that do follow me are men… hardly any women like my photos or follow me, even though I follow many women. It saddens me that women don’t support other women. I often wonder why the exact reason women don’t feel comfortable supporting other women in the arts. I have suspicions… the same suspicions are the ones I had to deal with in the theatre. They’re probably the same.”
